(KTVI)-Saint Louis University announced Friday that nen?s head basketball coach Rick Majerus won?t be returning to the Billikens. Majerus had taken a one year leave of absence to get treatment for a serious heart condition. It has been determined that Majerus? health will not allow him to return to his coaching position.?
Assistant Coach Jim Crews has taken over as the Interim Head Coach.? Majerus continues under going treatment in California for his heart condition.
Billikens Athletic Director Chris May discussed the decision made by the University and Majerus.
