Friday:
The Friends of the Longview Library are holding their Fall Book Sale, going from 10 am to 4 pm on Friday, noon to 4 on Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm on Monday and 10 to 4 on Tuesday. Proceeds help to support programs at the Longview Library.

Saturday:
The 35th annual Toy Soldier Bazaar is set for Saturday at the Monticello Hotel, running from 9 am to 4 pm. Proceeds will benefit Kyrsten ?Sissy? Strozyk of Castle Rock, who was severely injured in a June 29th car crash. Donations collected at the door will go directly to Krysten and her family.

The new Highlands Neighborhood Trail will be dedicated on Saturday, starting at 1 pm at the south end of Archie Anderson Park. Longview Mayor Dennis Weber will lead the event, which will include a fun walk, which will also include an opportunity to win some prizes. It?s a free rain-or-shine event.

Saturday is International Games Day at the Longview Public Library. They?ll have all kinds of card games, board games, Xbox and online computer games. You can play ?Bookworm? or ?Labyrinth? with players from around the world and Longview will be a stop in a global ?Gossip? game, starting in Australia and going through Longview before finishing in Hawaii. It?s free and open to all.

There?s a multi-band Benefit Concert and Spaghetti Feed planned for Saturday afternoon and evening at the Longview Moose Lodge, looking to raise money for Darrell Harlin and his family, as he recovers from severe injuries that he received when a tree fell on him earlier this year. At least nine different bands and singers will take part, starting at 4 pm and going until midnight. The spaghetti feed runs from 4 to 7 pm, and costs $15 person. The spaghetti feed is open to kids; they?ll also be raffling prizes off through the entire event.

Sunday:
An encore presentation of the independent movie ?Where?s Molly?? is planned for 2 pm on Sunday at the Kelso Theatre Pub. ?Where?s Molly?? is a documentary about an Astoria man, and the search for his disabled sister, who his parents had removed from their house. Donations for the ARC of Cowlitz County will be collected at the door.
